Masonry Work
Excavation, footings, block or concrete walls, chimneys and fireplaces. Veneers – brick, stone veneer, real stone, stucco. Flagstone patio and walkways; Belgian Block bands or aprons.
Structural
Remove existing walls, make new openings, install steel beams and columns to re-enforce existing structures. Welding and cutting done on site as required.
Restoration
Sandblasting and cleaning of brick or stone. Grinding out old mortar, replacing perished mortar to match as close as possible to original and any structural work needed to carry out project.

About B.P. Cullen Construction
Brian served his apprenticeship in Dublin, Ireland at the age of 18 in masonry and stonework. He worked in both residential and commercial construction in Ireland and Germany for 5 years. He then worked in Toronto, Chicago and New York on commercial high rise projects – granite setting and brickwork and also residential work. He came to Philadelphia in 1992, spent 2 years in residential building and then set up his own Company in 1994. Since that time, the Company has grown from doing residential repairs, block and brickwork, to all the excavation and masonry work involved in house additions and new houses. The Company has also been involved in commercial work – again doing the structural, excavation, foundation and masonry veneer work involved in all such projects. Brian demands first class workmanship from his employees and subcontractors.
