Re-model and add an addition to house on the Main Line in Wayne, PA
Demo part of residence and store stone for re-use. Excavate for new addition with poured walls and concrete floors. Using salvaged stone from demolition, build new entrance, garages and first floor. Re-point complete stonework on house. Install flagstone pads around pool and outside fireplace. Install new driveway, stone piers with cast stone caps and Belgian block curb and apron. Excavate and install seepage pit.
