Complete restoration of stone retaining wall – remove joints, replace stone where needed, power wash and clean with environmentally friendly cleaner, re-point with a lime mortar.
- Demo existing loading bay area and steps. Replace structural damaged steel where needed.
- Widen and raise existing openings on 2 loading bay doors, install steel lintel I Beams.
- Extend existing stone wall, install concrete steps and infill concrete slab at loading bay.
- Excavate for parking area and retaining wall.
- Install footing and reinforced retaining block wall.
- Cast in place concrete wall cap and pour reinforced slab.
